Property Manager - Marta Wiser
Marta has been a commercial property manager since 2004 with MTH Management Properties and is now also the residential property manager for Bells Run Townhomes.
Marta was born in the Azores Islands and immigrated to the United States in 1977. She enjoys traveling with her husband, trying new coffee shops, reading, diamond painting and listening to music.

Maintenance - Scotty Conner
Scotty is a dedicated maintenance worker with over 30 years experience. He takes pride in his work and has strong problem solving skills. Scotty has the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Born and raised in Stafford County, he enjoys spending time with his family, Civil War history, bass fishing and wood working.
Groundskeeper - Cameron Haskell
Cameron takes pride in keeping the spaces at Bells Run beautiful and welcoming for everyone. Outside of work, he enjoys getting under the hood of a car and working on repairs or restorations. Spending quality time with his wife and kids is what he cherishes most. Cameron loves winding down with a good book when he has the chance. He is passionate about hard work, family and always learning new things.
